If your router is online in RMS but doesn't display GPS information, please follow these steps:
* navigate to the RMS page, select device, then click '''Monitoring → Configuration''', enable "'''GPS parameters'''" and click save. Now RMS will collect GPS data from the router
* when GPS collection is enabled in RMS, make sure the router has obtained a "'''GPS fix'''". You can check it in the router's WebUI, '''Services → GPS menu''' section;
