This includes outward appearance adjustments, hardware improvements, changes to package contents, etc. Changes related to a product's firmware are not included in PCNs (click here to see the firmware changelog).

2025.08.25: Updated enclosure design
Starting from Q4 2025, the enclosure of RUTX14 devices will be replaced with a new single-piece anodized design.

2025.08.20: PR3P2AU3 accessory packaging changes

2025.03.18: Transition to Eco Packaging
Beginning in March 2025, the packaging for RUTX14 updated with the following changes.

| Detailed description | The inserts and plastic packaging will be replaced by individual cardboard boxes for both the product and its accessories. Of those boxes, the product box will include the Teltonika Networks logo and company information, and accessory boxes will include the accessory name, order code, image, EAN barcode, and QR code. Any empty space in the packaging will be filled with carton honeycomb fillers. These updates are meant to reduce the environmental footprint of our products, with eliminating plastic packaging being the primary focus.
Please note that this change will be implemented gradually, throughout a 6-month transitional period starting from March 2025. During this period, your shipments of RUTX14 may consist of either the current packaging or the new one described above. 2024.12.09: Transition to HTTPS protocol RutOS 7.12
With the release of RutOS version 7.12 in January 2025, RUTX14 devices will disable the HTTP protocol and enable HTTPS Redirect by default to enhance WebUI and API communication security.

2022.10.06: Changes in engraving/labeling
Starting from 2022, week 40, RUTX14 routers will be produced with modified bottom engraving/labeling.
