2024.05.18: Hardware changes

Starting from Q3 2024, all {{{name}}} devices will be manufactured with modifications to the RS485 RE/DE management hardware and a new SMA connector.

Detailed description	In the latest hardware revision of the {{{name}}} device, changes have been made to enhance the management of RS485 signalling. {{{name}}} will require firmware version TRB1_R_00.07.06 or newer to ensure compatibility with the hardware changes and to maintain full functionality. Important Note: Due to hardware changes, downgrading to firmware versions below, RutOS TRB1_R_00.07.06 is no longer supported.

Change impact
Risk assessment	Devices with the new hardware changes will not support firmware versions below TRB1_R_00.07.06. Custom firmware built on previous SDK versions will also not be supported. Please note: this product change notification does not affect any previous {{{name}}} devices, except new {{{name}}} devices that will be manufactured with this change.
