A frequency band is a specific range of frequencies in the radio frequency (RF) spectrum.

Summary

Different countries and network operators use different frequency bands for communication in their respective mobile networks. Therefore, in order to communicate within an operator's network, the mobile equipment to has to support the frequency bands used by that operator.

This page contains information about mobile frequency bands supported by {{{name}}} modems.

Supported bands

Devices ordered under different product codes may support different frequency bands. Specifically for {{{name}}} modems, the seventh symbol of the product code indicates the intended region of operation.

The table below displays bands supported by {{{name}}} modems based on their product code:

Product code Region (operator)1 ..Supported bands
TRM240 0***** EMEA2, Korea, Thailand
  • 4G (LTE-FDD): B1 (2100 MHz), B3 (1800 MHz), B7 (2600 MHz), B8 (900 MHz), B20 (800 MHz), B28A (700 MHz)
  • 3G: B1 (2100 MHz), B8 (900 MHz)
  • 2G: B3 (1800 MHz), B8 (900 MHz)

1 Versions for other regions are under development.
2 Regional availability - excluding Russia & Belarus.

If you are unsure which product code is right for you, you can look up which bands are used in your region or by your operator in this website or contact your sales manager for that information.
