RUT906 Product Change Notifications
Product change notifications (PCN) is a way of informing customers of upcoming changes related to Teltonika Networks products. This includes outward appearance adjustments, hardware improvements, changes to package contents, etc. Changes related to a product's firmware are not included in PCNs (click here to see the firmware changelog).
This page stores information regarding changes to the RUT906 device. Below you will find a list of both upcoming and already implemented changes sorted by newest to oldest (top to bottom).
2023.09.04: Packaging box changes
Starting from Q4 2023, batch 002, the product packaging of RUT906 will be updated with the following changes.

| Detailed description | The fibre inserts of each product and its accessories will be replaced with individual cardboard boxes. Of those boxes, the product box will include the Teltonika Networks logo and company information, and accessory boxes will include the accessory name, order code, image, EAN barcode, and QR code. Any empty space in the packaging will be filled with Corrugated fibreboard fillers. These updates are meant to reduce the environmental footprint of our products, with eliminating plastic packaging being the primary focus.
Please note that this change will be implemented gradually, throughout a 4-month transitional period starting from Q4 2023, batch 002. During this period, your shipments of RUT906 may consist of either the current packaging or the new one described above.
