RMS Maintenance history

This page is used to inform customers about any scheduled and planned maintenance as well as the history of any past maintenance instances. This does not include any unintended outages, it is primarily only downtimes that are planned well in advance.

Maintenance scope	System-wide
Extent of maintenance	All RMS functionalities will be affected, including RMS API. Devices will become offline and will have to reconnect once RMS maintenance is complete. The RMS website will become unreachable and the RMS API will become unusable during the time of maintenance. Maintenance description
Maintenance scope	RMS Connect
Extent of maintenance	The RMS Connect functionality will become unreachable. All active remote links will be temporarily disabled, new links will not be able to be generated. Links will be reinitialized after maintenance is complete.

Reason for maintenance	Server-side updates to the RMS Connect functionality.
