Product change notifications (PCN) is a way of informing customers of upcoming changes related to Teltonika Networks accessories. This includes outward appearance adjustments, hardware improvements, changes to package contents, etc.

Detailed description
Starting in Q3 2023, we will transition to more environmentally-friendly carton packaging that will replace plastic bag packaging for product accessories. During this transition period, the carton boxes/envelopes will have the following printed information:
the name of the product;
order code;
a picture of the accessory;
EAN-13 barcode;

This change will lead to an improvement in the structural stability, impact resistance, and environmental impact reduction.

This change does not apply to product accessories that are bundled together with the product, but only to accessories sold separately. Please refer to the below table for the specifics accessories changes.

Acknowledgment of PCN receipt
