Router is online in RMS but I cannot see GPS data

If your router is online in RMS but doesn't display GPS information, please follow these steps:

  • navigate to the RMS page, select device, then click Monitoring → Configuration, enable "GPS parameters" and click save. Now RMS will collect GPS data from the router
  • when GPS collection is enabled in RMS, make sure the router has obtained a "GPS fix". You can check it in the router's WebUI, Services → GPS menu section
