CAP700 LEDs

This page contains information the different types of LEDs and their behaviour on a CAP700 device.
Power LED
The power LED is located on the bottom of the front panel under LED button.
It indicates whether the device is powered on or not.
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| LED turned on | Device is powered on. |
| LED turned off | Device is not powered on. |
WiFi LED
The WiFi LED is located on the bottom of the front panel under LED button.
They display whether a WiFi Access Point (AP) is active.
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| WiFi LED turned on | At least one 2.4/5 GHz Access Point is running. |
| WiFi LED turned off | No 2.4/5 GHz Access Points are running. |
Ethernet port LEDs
The Ethernet port LEDs are located on the device's back panel, under each respective Ethernet port.
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| LED on | Operating as a (LAN - 10/100/1000Mbps connection; WAN - 10/100/1000/2500Mbps connection). |
| LED off | No link established. |
| LED blinking | Connection established and there is activity on this port (data being transferred). |
Mobile network type LEDs
The mobile network type LEDs are located on the bottom of the front panel under LED button.
They display which type of Internet connection is currently active.
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| 4G/3G LED turned on | Device is connected to a 3G/4G network. |
| 5G LED turned on | Device is connected to a 5G network using 5G SA. |
| 4G/3G blinking | Device is connected to a 4G/3G network but hasn't received an IP address. |
| 5G blinking | Device is connected to a 5G SA network but hasn't received an IP address. |
| All network type LEDs blinking at the same time every 500 ms | No SIM card or incorrect PIN. |
LED button
The LED button is located on the bottom of the front panel.
All LEDs can be turned off by pressing the LED button.
Another LEDs behavior
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| 4G/3G, 5G, WiFi LED blinks | The device reboots. |
| 4G/3G, 5G, WiFi LEDs light up one after the other and stay on continuously | Factory reset. |
