There are two possible ways you can access the router's WebUI after being blocked for incorrect password attempts:
- reset the router - a reset clears all router configurations and in the process will clear the list of blocked users
- connect from a different IP address (for example, connect a new device via LAN or Wi-Fi), then navigate to the System → Administration → Access Control -> Safety menu, scroll down and delete the blocked user in question
