Metal DIN Rail Mounting Example
This page explains how to attach the Metal DIN rail kit accessory to a Teltonika Networks device.
Most Teltonika Networks devices have an engraved casing. These engravings are pre-made mounting points that help you attach the Metal DIN rail kit to the device quickly and securely.
Locating the engravings
The images below show examples of the engravings on a device casing to which the Metal DIN rail kit can be attached:
Attaching the DIN rail kit
To attach the Metal DIN rail kit to the device, follow the steps below:
- Choose the side of the device with engravings to which you will attach the Metal DIN rail kit.
- Place the Metal DIN Rail kit on top of the engravings, so that the holes where the screws go face straight into the engravings.
- Screw the screws through the pre-made holes of the DIN Rail kit into the device case engravings.
Note: You might need to use force to make the screw start going into the engravings.
