RUT204 LEDs
This page contains information the different types of LEDs and their behaviour on a RUT204 device.
Power LED
The power LED is located on the bottom left corner of the front panel, just under the power connector.
It indicates whether the device is powered on or not.
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| LED turned on | Device is powered on. |
| LED turned off | Device is not powered on. |
Ethernet port LEDs
The Ethernet port LEDs are located on the device's front panel, under each respective Ethernet port.
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| LED on | Operating as a 10/100 Mbps connection. |
| LED off | No link established. |
| LED blinking | Connection established and there is activity on this port (data being transferred). |
Mobile network type LEDs
The mobile network type LED is located on left side of the front panel:
Indicates that the device has an Internet connection.
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Red lit and blinking on data | Device is connected to a 2G. |
| Red blinks every 1s | Establishing data connection 2G. |
| Yellow lit and blinking on data | Device is connected to a 3G. |
| Yellow blinks every 1s | Establishing data connection 3G. |
| Green lit and blinking on data | Device is connected to a 4G. |
| Green blinks every 1s | Establishing data connection 4G. |
| Blinking: red -> green -> blue | No SIM inserted. |
| Blinking: yellow -> green -> blue | The device is attempting to connect to a mobile network operator. |
Mobile signal quality indication LEDs
The mobile signal quality indication LED is located on left side of the front panel.
The color of lit up LED represents a different mobile signal quality value in percentage.

| Red lit | 1-41% |
| Yellow lit | 42-74% |
| Green lit | 75-100% |
