RUT271 UL/CSA Safety
Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and CSA Group (CSA) are both Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTL) that test to the same harmonized standards. RUT271 testing was performed by UL Solutions Laboratory, which tests and certifies products for the US and Canadian market (NRTL Certification).
Description
UL (Underwriters Laboratories) is a global independent safety science company that tests, certifies, and sets standards for products to ensure safety, particularly regarding fire and electric shock.
CSA (Canadian Standards Association) standards are safety standards in Canada for electrical appliances, medical devices, machinery, equipment, etc., which regulate safety of applicable electrical products.
