RUTM20 Product Change Notifications

Product change notifications (PCN) is a way of informing customers of upcoming changes related to Teltonika Networks products. This includes outward appearance adjustments, hardware improvements, changes to package contents, etc. Changes related to a product's firmware are not included in PCNs (click here to see the firmware changelog).

This page stores information regarding changes to the RUTM20 device. Below you will find a list of both upcoming and already implemented changes sorted by newest to oldest (top to bottom).

2026.07.20: Updated enclosure design

Starting from September 2026, the enclosure of RUTM20 devices will be replaced with a new single-piece anodized design.

Detailed description

The updated enclosure is now made from two separate parts instead of a single piece.
Casing dimensions remain unchanged, but the depth and shape of the grooves are different. See the images below for exact placement.

Please note that this change will be implemented gradually, throughout a 3-month transitional period starting from September 2026. During this period, your shipments of RUTM20 may consist of either the current or the new enclosure as described above.

Acknowledgement of PCN receipt
If no feedback is received within two weeks after the issue date of this notification, Teltonika may assume tacit acceptance and proceed with the enclosure update as described.
