Product change notifications (PCN) is way of informing customers of upcoming changes related to Teltonika products. This includes outward appearance adjustments, hardware improvements, changes to package contents, etc.

2026.06.19: Packaging Box Changes
Beginning in 2026 September, the mass packaging for TSF000 will updated with the following changes.
Starting in 2026 September, packaging of the TSF000 device will be updated. Crumpled paper filler will replace the previously used plastic filler in shipping cartons to fill empty spaces and provide additional protection during transportation.
Please note that this change will be implemented gradually, throughout a 2-month transitional period starting from September, 2026. During this period, your shipments of TSF000 may consist of either the current design or the new one described above.

2026.06.19: Changes in TOP Engravings
Starting from 2026 July, the TSF000 device will be produced with an updated top engraving.
The TSF000 device's top engraving will be updated to reflect the revised input voltage range. The input voltage marking displayed on the top engraving will be changed from "7–57 VDC" to "9–57 VDC" to align with the updated product specification. No other device markings or product features will be affected by this change.
