Most Teltonika-Networks devices that support dual-SIM cannot support both SIM cards running at the same time. Instead the second SIM card can act as failover to the first one or vice versa.
The only device from the Teltonika-Networks portfolio that supports a dual-SIM at the same time is RUTX12 as it has two LTE cat6 modems.
