RMS Credits

Summary

The Credits section located in the Settings and Credits panel that is located in the top right corner of your screen. It shows how much data is left for RMS Connect services and allows you to add more data if required.

To access it, click on the user profile icon, you get a drop-down menu. There you will be able to find the Credits section.

Credits menu have these options:

• Activate code
• Move credits
• Credit history
• Credit codes

Activate code

To activate an RMS credit code go to Settings and Credits panel. Which is located in the top right corner of your screen. You will get a drop-down menu.

1. There you will be able to find the Credits section.
2. Next, click on Activate code.

In the new dialog window enter your credit code and click on the Activate button.

At the top of your screen, you will get a notification: Activate operation completed successfully.

Important.

• Once a code is activated, its status will change to Used.
• Credit codes can be used by anyone, regardless of company.
• To create a new credit code(s) go to Credit codes menu.

Move credits

To move credit(s) go to Settings and Credits panel. Which is located in the top right corner of your screen. You will get a drop-down menu. Here you can move any number of available credits from one company to another.

1. There you will be able to find the Credits section.
2. Next, click on Move credits.

1. Select move from company
2. And select move to company.
3. Enter the number of credits to move and click on the Move button.

At the top of your screen, you will get a notification: Activate operation completed successfully.

Credit history

To check credit pool history go Settings and Credits panel. Which is located in the top right corner of your screen.

1. There you will be able to find the Credits section.
2. Next, click on Credit history.

Using the Actions column button you can download the credit pool history PDF file.

Credit codes

To create a credit code go to Settings and Credits panel. Which is located in the top right corner of your screen.

1. There you will be able to find the Credits section.
2. Next, click on Credit codes.

1. Move your cursor to the Credits top menu. And click on Create.
2. Enter the number of credits you want to add to this credit code.
3. Finally click on the Create button.

At the top of your screen, you will get a notification: Code created successfully.
