Description
Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act is a California law that has been enacted since 1986. The purpose of Proposition 65 is to guard the residents of California and the environment from extreme contact to harmful substances such as carcinogens and reproductive toxins.
