Most of the time in our mobile devices we see mobile operators in full names, like Orange, Vodafone or AT&T. Without these names, our devices also connect to one or another operator using '''network operators numbers''', like in this example:

The first three numbers in operators codes shows the country (in this example 246 shows, that country is Lithuania), last two - network operator code.
==Usage==
In Teltonika devices operators code are needed, when user want to create and use an '''Operator List''' to '''Whitelist''' / '''Blacklist''' selected network operators. The easiest way to find out network operators numbers is to use manual network scan in device WebUI. In order to get more information about network operator, please use '''GSMCTL commands'''.
