Product change notifications (PCN) is way of informing customers of upcoming changes related to Teltonika products. This includes outward appearance adjustments, hardware improvements, changes to package contents, etc.

2025.05.26: Mass Packaging changes
Beginning in August 2025, the mass packaging for TSW101 will updated with the following changes.
Starting in August 2025, the mass packaging box for the TSW101 will be updated as follows:
New box dimensions: 360 × 315 × 157 mm (previously 360 × 315 × 185 mm).
Increased shipping quantity: Each packaging box will now contain 26 units instead of the previous 25 units.
Individual packaging: Every TSW101 unit will now be packed in an individual box before being placed in the packaging box.

2025.04.22: QSG flyer replacement
Beginning in June 2025, TSW101 devices will come with a new QSG flyer in the packaging.
Starting in June 2025, TSW101 devices will include an updated Quick Start Guide (QSG) flyer in the packaging. This new flyer features multiple languages—English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian—along with a condensed version of the QSG and a QR code/link to the full web version at teltonika-networks.com/QSG_TSW101
Please note that this change will be implemented gradually, throughout a 3-month transitional period starting from June, 2025. During this period, your shipments of TSW101 June consist of either the current design or the new one described above.

The device will be manufactured with top and bottom stickers instead of engravings due to the thickness of the paint coating on the housing. The information on the stickers will not be affected.

2024.09.18: EAN Code Change
Starting from October 1st 2024, new order codes created will have their own unique EAN codes.
The product identification system is being updated by assigning unique EAN codes to each new order code created from October 1st.
