Does someone know why the router loses the SSID and the internet connection (if WiFi stops) and it must fall back to 4G. The fall back doesn't work properly. Any experiences?

Does someone know why the router loses the SSID and the internet connection (if WiFi stops) and it must fall back to 4G. The router is the blocked and the fall back is nog available. Any experiences of tips?
