Introduction

This article lists IP addresses and TCP/UDP ports used by the Teltonika Networks RMS.

Note: The IP addresses and ports listed in the RMS Management, RMS Connect and RMS VPN sections need to be reachable by the devices. If any of the functions are not necessary, corresponding IP addresses and ports may be ignored.

Main RMS server along with all listed IP addresses (excluding RMS VPN service) is hosted in AWS, located in Germany.

Reaching RMS platform

Reaching the RMS webpage requires access to the following IP addresses:

  • 18.196.62.30
  • 3.77.70.198

The above IP addresses use the following ports:

RMS Management

RMS Management uses the following IP addresses:

RMS Connect

RMS Connect uses the following IP address: 18.192.27.240 and the ports provided in the table below.

RMS VPN

RMS VPN uses the following IP addresses:

  • 3.69.106.81 (Germany)
  • 3.65.167.143 (Germany)
  • 15.185.110.7 (Bahrain)
  • 15.184.134.94 (Bahrain)
  • 34.230.227.9 (Eastern US - Virginia)
  • 44.205.223.152 (Eastern US - Virginia)
  • 13.238.208.90 (Australia)
  • 54.253.39.211 (Australia)
Protocol Port number
UDP Random port in the [30000-39999] range


* Although these are currently used ports, it is recommended to unblock all ports on specified IP addresses.

In most cases, access to these IP addresses shall not be an issue as usually none of the outgoing traffic is blocked.

However, where ISP blocks all non-standard ports or the SIM card is in a Private APN network/setup, you will have to inquire your ISP to allow the mentioned IP and Ports to be made available.
