Routers do not show up on RMS even when the router has an internet connection

Please make sure, that „Remote monitoring“ on your RUT device is enabled. To check it, navigate to System → Administration → Monitoring. Also make sure that you have the right amount of RMS licenses and see if monitoring is on for that particular device at the Pools → Devices section.
